Flower of Life
Acrylic on canvas | 60 cm diameter | 2024 | £2,200
In this radiant circular work, I explore the ancient symbol of the Flower of Life as both a spiritual and natural blueprint. Formed from 19 interlocking circles, the geometry unfolds into multicoloured petals — patterns that echo the structures found in plants, shells, galaxies, and sacred sites across the world.
The piece draws from the rhythms of nature, reflecting how life grows in cycles, spirals, and symmetry. Each overlapping circle embodies connection, creation, and the divine intelligence woven into all living things. A bold black border grounds the form, offering contrast and focus.
As the entry point to the exhibition, Flower of Life acts as both an energetic portal and a visual meditation, reminding us that nature, spirit, and pattern are inseparable — and inviting us to see the beauty in the sacred systems that shape our world.
