My artwork celebrates Black and Brown women as radiant, central figures. A reflection of my St Lucian and Jamaican heritage and my travels across the Caribbean. Set against a rich emerald backdrop, this joyful portrait features a soft smiling woman surrounded by vibrant, rainbow-colored leaves. These are Pulsing waves of color flowing through her face, expressing vitality, spirit, and her inner light. The lush, botanical elements evoke a deep connection to nature and the joy of being surrounded by life.
