Patterned Soundscapes 2025
A continuation of my exploration into mindful sound and materiality, this series emerges from the Listening Garden exhibition. Each work begins as a soundscape, created through copper inserts, paper, and connections to a compass and MIDI device. From these sonic experiments, I shape visual compositions that translate rhythm, process, and presence into tangible form.
Every piece is made with plant-based inks, copper, acrylic ink, and paper, grounding the work in both organic and experimental practice.
Originals: Each is a unique, one-of-one creation.
Focus: The process is the destination — every mark is part of an unfolding listening practice.
Scale: Available in small, intimate formats (A6) through to larger works (A3).
The work shown here is an original from the Listening Garden exhibition (2025). The originals remain in my personal archive. What I offer are re-created originals — each a unique, one-of-one artwork, made with plant inks, copper, acrylic ink and paper, continuing the same process and mindful sound-art practice.
